      The photographs and/or video footage we create for you are considered personal data and are a core part of the service you are hiring us for.

      We do not collect log and usage data when you access or use our website in general. The areas which are exceptions to this are our contact or ordering forms, which may log your IP and email address to maintain the security and operation of our website, and can also use the email address which you provide to reload image selections and options already chosen.

Client enquiry data is typically kept for approximately 2 years, but this can depend on how far in advance of a required date an enquiry is made, to facilitate re-booking due to any cancellations. Contractual information and final images are kept indefinitely in secure offline backup, so as to be able to provide you with your images, or additional copies of your images in the future.
